Victoria brings fifteen years of marketing and management expertise to YARRD, underpinned by a law degree, an MBA in Marketing, and a B.Sc. in Marketing. She has guided legislative inquiries and policy analysis at Ghana’s Parliament, overseen operations as General Manager of a private freight firm, and maintained billing accuracy as a Data Recording Officer at the Electricity Company. Early roles in insurance and retail honed her training and process-improvement skills, and today she designs legal compliance and community-development programs that bolster local capacity, advance financial inclusion, and promote sustainable livelihoods across Ghana.
