Rev. Evans Aninakwa, Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors, brings over 20 years of leadership in education and development. He holds a BEd in Social Sciences and an MSc in Local Economic Development. His career spans teaching, chaplaincy, and lecturing at the University of Education, Winneba. At YARRD, he leads monitoring and evaluation, translating data into strategic insights. His union leadership sharpened his skills in participatory assessment and stakeholder engagement. Grounded in development theory and guided by compassion, Rev. Aninakwa ensures YARRD’s programs are measured with integrity, impact, and a deep commitment to community-centred growth.
